Thanks to funding from Second Harvest Community Thrift Store, Artspiration worked to add a pop of color to the fence at Sharpsburg's 16th Street park.
With the help of some colorful fence tape and hard work by local artists Melissa Tai and Nanci Goldberg, this Sharpsburg playground is a little bit brighter.
